Mr Ray spent 17 years exceling in the real estate industry in Singapore working for notable companies such as ECG Property Pte Ltd, Huttons Asia Pte Ltd and Meyzer Real Estate Pte Ltd, particularly in the area of Project Marketing. He rose the ranks from Sales Executive to Project Director in a short span of time and holds the record for closing more than 500 project units.
He is a Top Producer from 2007 to 2014. His projects include condominiums and commercial
properties in Cambodia, Japan, United Kingdom, Thailand and Malaysia. He has vast knowledge of the industry, an excellent grasp of the real estate landscape in Cambodia and a wide network of local contacts and partners. He was guest speaker for ECG events in Singapore as well as for association of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents (CVEA) events in Phnom Penh in 2015.
His skills are in team leading, research and fact-finding, sales strategies and sales tactics.
He is a certified financial planner, an ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) trainer and holds a Real Estate Sales Person (RES) certification, endorsed by Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) in Singapore.
Mr Ray use to have an IT company under his belt, and is able to effectively train and consult on maximizing information technology to boost capacity of project marketing and for individual
realtors in an era of digital marketing. He listens and understands clients’ needs, always seeking to build rapport and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
